Chain Slings & Components
Alloy Chain Slings are some of the most versatile rigging equipment used in the industry.
All our chain components are manufactured to conform with AS3776:2006. & Chain Sling Assemblies are manufactured to AS3775:2014.
Let us know the following information and we’ll manufacture your chain slings to suit your requirements.
- What is the leg length required?
- How many legs (1, 2, 3 or 4)?
- What WLL you require?
- Do you need to be able to shorten the chain legs?
- Do you need hooks or shackles as connection points?
Upon completion of the Assembly it will then be Tested as per the requirements of AS3775 and a NATA Endorsed Certificate will be supplied with the assembly.

Hackett MasteRlinks & Multilinks
Franklin Offshore Australia is a distributor of the William Hackett range of Masterlinks & Multilinks.
These links are the most complete range of links available in the Rigging & Lifting industry.
Hackett Links are Type approved for DNV use, which makes them some of the most commonly used links for DNV approved offshore lifting slings. DNV slings are designed to be used for lifting DNV Offshore Rated Containers (DNV 2.7-1) as well as Portable offshore units & frames (DNV 2.7-3).

STR Handles
We are also a premium distributor of the WRIN STR Safety Handle. These handles have become a popular choice for use within the Offshore Oil & Gas industry because it allows for extra safety when riggers are hooking up loads.
They are made available to suit both the Gunnebo range & Yoke Range of self locking hooks in either the Eye Type, Clevis Type or Swivel Type.
NAUTILUS RANGE
A relatively new product to the lifting Industry is the Nautilus range of Safety Hooks. This style of hook incorporates both the Hook & the Safety Handle into one complete unit.
Nautilus Hooks are designed for both Onshore & Offshore use and are DNV Type approved.
We carry the Clevis, Eye & Swivel type hooks in stock, ranging from 4 Tonne up to 20 Tonne.
